Sharing each document is the team's decision. “Not shared” means this team chose not to publish it, or did not submit one — not that it is missing from the archive.

In their words
Team JUP is a RoboCup Junior Maze team from the Netherlands competing with a fully autonomous rescue robot designed to navigate complex maze environments, detect victims, and deploy rescue kits without human intervention.
The robot is built using a LEGO Technic chassis combined with custom 3D-printed components, creating a compact, durable, and highly adaptable platform. Navigation is performed using three ultrasonic sensors that continuously monitor obstacles and available paths. A grid-based mapping system allows the robot to keep track of explored areas and make navigation decisions throughout a run.
One of the robot’s distinguishing features is its dual-computer architecture. 2 LEGO SPIKE Prime Hubs handle navigation and motor control, while a Raspberry Pi 5 processes camera data for victim recognition. Communication between both systems is established through Bluetooth, allowing each device to focus on its own tasks while improving overall reliability.
Victim detection is performed using a Raspberry Pi Camera and a custom machine-learning dataset developed by the team. More than 500 images were collected, labelled, and processed using Roboflow to create a dedicated recognition model.
Following lessons learned during the European Championship, Team JUP redesigned significant parts of its software architecture and navigation system, resulting in improved stability, reliability, and competition readiness for the World Championship in Seoul.

Shown as the original PDF, because this one is smaller that way and its text stays selectable and searchable.
